A: Standard shipping is FREE on all orders shipped within the United States.

A: All products are shipped from our warehouse located in union new jersey.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Paydeals is committed to shipping your items out as fast as possible. Most orders ship the same day on M-F when ordered before and payment is verified by 2 PM EST. If ordered after 2 PM your order will ship no later than the next business day.
Return & Exchange Policy
All items purchased from pay deals come with a 30-day return policy and can be returned for a full refund if the product is returned in the same condition as received or has a manufacturer defect.
*** All items in any condition are covered by pay deals' 90-day Limited Warranty.
What is Covered:
pay deals warranty coverage includes repair for manufacturer defects or replacement of the entire system with a new, refurbished, or equivalent replacement. We do not pay shipping, insurance, or transportation charges from the customer to us.
What is not covered:
The warranty does not cover defects or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, or use with equipment with which it is not intended to be used. It doesn’t cover cosmetic or incidental damages. Also, the warranty will not apply to damage caused by unauthorized alteration, modification, or repair of the product
Once the item is received, pay deals will inspect, test, and repair the item as needed. Repairs can take up to 7 business days from receipt. Once the repair is made the item will be shipped back to the customer.
Pay deals are committed to being the lowest cost provider for the products it sells, therefore due to manufacturers Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) requirements, we choose not to seek authorized reseller status with the manufacturers of the products we sell. If the product you buy would be covered by the manufacturer warranty and is denied because the manufacturer does not honor their warranty if the product was purchased from us, pay deals will honor the same warranty service that is offered by the manufacturer or refund your purchase.
For all products sold in NEW condition, pay deals will stand behind the product's manufacturer warranty even if the manufacturer will not.
The customer must 1st contact the manufacturer to inquire about the product warranty.
If the manufacturer denies the warranty claim, the customer should send the details of the denial to pay deals.
Paydeals will review the claim and the manufacturer's warranty guidelines and assist the customer with their product.
If it is deemed that the product would be covered under the existing manufacturer warranty and the only reason for denial by the manufacturer was because the product was purchased from paydeals. pay deals will then honor the manufacturer's warranty or refund the product.
